Annual Membership is set at the following
rates:
Individuals: £5:00 entitled to 5 loans
at a time
Childminders: £10:00 entitled to 10 loans
at a time
Small Groups (up to 15 children): £15:00 (£5:00 discount with proof of charity status)
Medium Groups (16-25 children): £20:00 (£5:00 discount with proof of charity status)
Large Groups (26-40 children): £30:00 (£5:00 discount with proof of charity status)
Extra Large Groups (40 plus children): £50:00 (£5:00 discount with proof of charity status)
Membership also includes membership to the
Scrapstore.
Rules for groups
Up to 6 items can be loaned at any one time for period of four weeks
The group must agree to hire charges of twice normal toy library charges due to possible high usage of toys or equipment.
The group agrees that children will be supervised whilst using toy library toys/equipment.
The group must accept responsibility for replacement costs caused by damage, non return, loss or theft of items loans. We advise that you ensure that you have adequate group insurance to cover any possible charges. N.B. Toy Library insurance does not cover damage, loss or theft of resources once they have left the premises and are under loan with the group member.
Party Loans
Special arrangements and charges apply for 'Party Loans'. Up to 10 Items can be borrowed for parties for a one-week period. A deposit will be charged and returned subject to items being brought back complete and in the condition they were loaned in.
